Jennifer Jaramillo

Jennifer Jaramillo is chief people officer at The Kresge Foundation. She is responsible for creating and implementing the talent and human resources strategy at Kresge. She also serves as the Senior Advisor to Kresge’s Equity Task Force. She joined the foundation in 2016. She identifies as a second-generation Filipino American cisgender woman based in Detroit.

Previously, Jennifer worked for more than 14 years with Accenture where she co-led the organization’s Global Talent Professional Community. She has also worked with not for profits domestically and internationally and in venture philanthropy.

A native of Detroit, she earned her bachelor’s degree in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan’s School of Engineering, an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and a Leadership Coaching certificate from Georgetown University.
